Return Window:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for both defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) reasons. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer an alternative resolution (replacement or refund).

If you want a different size, color, or product (non-defective), you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
- An item is considered defective or damaged if it has manufacturing flaws, broken components, missing parts, or damage caused during transit.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or customer handling after delivery is not considered a defect.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in production or shipping.
